How to use Ambien

• Refrain from consuming this medication unless you can allocate a sufficient amount of time for a complete night of rest lasting between 7 to 8 hours. In the event that you need to awaken prior to that timeframe, there is a risk of experiencing memory impairment and facing challenges in safely engaging in activities that demand alertness, such as driving or operating machinery. • The prescribed dosage depends on factors such as gender, age, medical condition, concurrent medications, and treatment response. It is important not to exceed the prescribed dose, take it more frequently, or prolong its usage. The daily intake should not exceed 10 milligrams. Women typically receive a lower dosage due to the slower elimination of the drug from their bodies compared to men. • If discontinuation of this medication is abrupt, withdrawal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, flushing, stomach cramps, nervousness, and shakiness may occur. Ambien side effects

Zolpidem has the potential to trigger a serious allergic response. Cease the use of Ambien immediately and seek urgent medical assistance if you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction such as hives, breathing difficulties, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
